In this video, Workers’ Compensation Attorney Andre’ Ramsay answers, How Much Does a Workers’ Compensation Lawyer Charge?
[TRANSCRIPT] Hi, I’m Attorney Andre’ Ramsay with the Cochran Firm at Atlanta.
Now, how much do you have to pay your attorney once you file a workers’ compensation claim? Truth of the matter is, you don’t pay me anything until we settle your case. When you come in to speak with me, for one, you get a free consultation. For two, you don’t have to pay me anything upfront in order to represent you, regardless if I have to go to court to do something, to make the insurance company pay you what they owe you.
So again, it doesn’t cost you anything to come and speak with me. It doesn’t cost you anything to come and sit down and discuss the details of your case. So come in and talk to me. I’ll be happy and willing to help you.
Again, my name is Andre’ Ramsay, and I’m the lawyer for the everyday worker.
