There is no up front cost for you to hire me as your Georgia workers’ compensation attorney. The fee contract I use is a contingency fee contract, meaning that you owe no attorneys fee unless I am able to recover a lump sum settlement for you.
When I recover a settlement for you, I will be paid 25% of that lump sum. The Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation has to review and approve my fee contract and reimbursement for case costs along with all settlement papers, and only when this review is complete will funds be issued to you and to me.
Contingency fee contracts allow clients to hire lawyers without having to come out of pocket for legal fees or case costs. As I note in this video, I will always advise you and obtain your approval before expending any funds for case costs and I will keep you completely up to date on the progress of the State Board’s settlement approval. #georgiastateboardworkerscompensation #costtohireworkerscompensationlawyer #legalfeesworkerscompensation #contingencyfeecontract #atlantaworkerscompensationattorney #atlantaworkinjurylawyer
